Purchase policies

Mistik accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online that was shipped to a US address for store credit. Within 7 days from the delivery date of your order. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

 

Please note that the customer is in charge of the return shipping. Mistik does not provide return labels.

 

Damaged or defective items may be returned by contacting Customer Support via email within 3 DAYS of delivery.

 

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. The following is a list of FINAL SALE items:

Defective Items

If you have received a defective item, please contact customer care, Mistik, within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.

The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects.

 

How long does it take to process the return?

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-10 business days for it to be processed; You will receive an email confirmation with an electronic credit gift card once your return is complete.

 

Mistik is not responsible for:

Delays with the US Postal Service or UPS Shipping Items delivered lost, damaged or marked. In this case you must file a claim with the carrier.

 

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible if a package is returned to us due to wrong or undeliverable address. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please contact us by email or WhatsApp.

If there is a problem with your tracking number or with the delivery of the package, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to display. In some rare cases, the tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.

All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item was delivered to your order address, but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held responsible for packages where the tracking information indicates that the package was delivered to your order address.
